HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in an armed robbery in Holland.
The robbery occurred at the Southside Party Store in the 800 block of Washington Avenue just before 8 PM on Sunday evening, October 29. According to Public Safety Captain Keith Mulder, a black man described as being in his mid-20’s, around 5-10 to six feet tall and weighing between 160 and 180 pounds demanded money from the clerk, who claims to have seen a larger frame, semi-automatic pistol in the man’s hand. After receiving an undisclosed amount of money and alcohol, the suspect fled on foot, while the shaken clerk was not injured.
