HOLLAND, MI (WHTC-AM/FM) – The 17th annual Holland-themed holiday greeting card designed by local artist Carolyn Stitch is now available.
The card is commissioned by the Holland Area Visitors Bureau, and this year’s card features a jolly Santa Claus, palette and paint brush in hand, painting Holland’s iconic Big Red lighthouse.
The inside message reads: “May your holiday season be picture-perfect, full of laughter and joy!” Proceeds from the sale of the cards will go to the Kids Food Basket, an organization near and dear to Carolyn’s heart.
Sally Laukitis, Executive Director of the Holland Area Visitors Bureau says that Carolyn’s holiday cards have become a tradition for many Holland residents and frequent visitors. We believe this year’s card will capture the hearts of loved ones far and near, and spread “Holland cheer” to friends and family this holiday season.
Cards can be purchased exclusively at the Holland Visitors Bureau located at 78 East 8th Street, Carolyn Stich Studio at (208 College Avenue, the Kerstmarktat at the 8th Street Market Place and Van Wieren Hardware located at 645 Douglas Avenue. Retail prices for the cards are $3.00 for a single card and $15.00 for a package of 10. (A 10% discount is available for orders of 100 or more cards.)
