HOLLAND (WHTC) — Eastbound I-196 has been reopened after a fatal crash Friday afternoon.
Highway traffic was reduced to one lane at the 46 mile marker (Washington Ave.) after the crash, which happened just before 4:30 p.m., according to Ottawa County emergency dispatch authorities.
