GRAND HAVEN (WHTC) — Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday that a purse-snatching suspect, Spring Lake resident Robert Lee Goodreau, 65, was arragined in Grand Haven Friday.
Police arrested Goodreau on suspicion of stealing the purse from a Ferrysburg laundromat, in the Olympic Shopping Plaza, 17621 174th Ave.
Ottawa County Sheriff’s Capt. Mark Bennett said Goodreau is charged with one count each of larceny in a building, assault on a police officer and fourth-degree habitual offender.
Goodreau remains in Ottawa County Jail on $15,000 bond.
