HOLLAND (WHTC) — WOOD-TV is reporting that former Allegan Area Educational Services Agency principal Jonathan Eugene Garcia, earlier charged with 11 criminal sexual assault counts returned to Allegan County District Court on Wednesday. There, he was charged with another third-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of obstruction of justice, according to the TV station’s report.
Garcia was arrested and charged on Feb. 3 with multiple criminal sexual assault counts, based on complaints made by two female employees.
Garcia resigned from AAESA after the initial charges were filed.
