HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Students interested in applying to one of our nation’s service academies will have the opportunity to hear first hand about the United States Service Academies.
Congressman Bill Huizenga will be the host for an evening of information along with representatives from the U.S. Air Force Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and the U.S. Naval Academy. There will be a question and answer session and students will also be able to ask Congressman Huizenga about the congressional nomination process.
The Service Academy Night will take place Thursday, March 24 at the VFW Post 2144 located at 175 W. 8th Street in Holland from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The program will begin at 6:15 p.m. and Congressman Huizenga will deliver closing remarks.
