HOLLAND (WHTC) – The former Westshore Mall, known now as the de-malled The Shops at Westshore, is adding four new stores, set to open later this year.
The newest tenants: Burlington Coat Factory, FedEx, Disc Traders and T-Mobile.
Combined, Burlington Coat Factory, FedEx, Disc Traders and T-Mobile will use more than 65,500 square feet within the shopping center, at 12331 James St.
Burlington Coat Factory will be an anchor store, with 50,000 square feet, where the Sears store used to be, on The Shops’ north side.
FedEx will move from offices across U.S. 31, at 12610 Felch, to a 4,080-square-foot suite.
Disc Traders, which buys and sells used video games, is leasing a 5,245-square-foot suite.
The Shops’ renovation continues and is expected to finish this summer.
Currently, the Shops at Westshore has letters of intent on 70 percent of the shopping center, according to a press release emailed to media Thursday from the leasing agent, Colliers International.
Colliers International is the third-largest commercial real estate services company in the world, operating as a subsidiary of FirstService Corporation. Since 1995, the company has held privately-owned commercial real estate and property management services officers in West Michigan.
