The preliminary examination is set for April 12 in Grand Haven 58th District Court. Galloway is accused of assaulting the girl during the summer of 2012 in his vehicle which was parked in the garage of the home he had recently bought and where he now lives. At the time he was a Norton Shores resident.
Galloway no stranger to the law, pleaded guity in June of 2012 to felony marijuana manufacture and delivery in Muskegon County.Galloway had medical-marijuana certification as both a patient and a caregiver, allowing him to legally grow limited quantities of marijuana in his Norton Shores basement.
