SPRING LAKE, MI (WHTC) – A 40-year-old Muskegon man is in fair condition after being hit while on his motorcycle in Spring Lake.
Logan Montgomery, 18, of Norton Shores was driving a 2004 Pontiac when she missed the break as traffic began to slow and crashed into Kurt Malotke’s 2015 Harley Davidson according to Sgt. Brian Buter with the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office.
Malotke was transported to Mercy Hospital for precautionary and is listed in fair condition. Montgomery was not injured in the crash
Montgomery was cited for failing to stop within a clear distance after the investigation of the accident was complete.
