HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – June could be the earliest Holland City Council takes action on a concept design for the Civic Center.
City Manager Ryan Cotten says that the council was set to vote at last night’s meeting on a concept design for the Civic Center but decided they need more time. Updated estimates on the concept plan have the project costing close to $16.3 million.
The city is looking at two grants, tax Increment financing as well as corporate funding according to Cotten.
A study session is tentatively planned for May 24, 2016 and a vote on the concept is set for June 1, 2016.
