(Reuters) – Conformis Inc said on Wednesday it had suspended distribution of its orthopedic medical devices in Russia following Moscow’s invasion of Ukraine.
Companies ranging from automakers to tech giants have taken action to limit, put on hold or exit business activities in Russia following a wave of sanctions sparked by the attack.
Conformis, which sells hip and knee replacements, had recently signed a deal to distribute its products in Russia.
It was not immediately clear how much of the company’s business came from the country.
