HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The exhibit “For the Future Peace” at the Holland Museum will highlight the personal experiences of Holland residents during World War II.
Education and Outreach Manager Connie Locker wants you to share your stories whether that was abroad or on the homefront. They are looking to talk to veterans, people who owned a business in Holland during the war, kids who remember standing in line for foof and anyone who can share their experience during wartime.
The exhibit is set to open in October. Currently at the museum the Historic Houses are open for the season, as well as the Say Yes To Michigan exhibit that runs through October. The museum is also looking for volunteers and docents.
