HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Holland resident Michelle Kenat has a passion for adopted animals and once she found property with a kennel attached, her dream of running a non-profit animal rescue was born.
Fast forward to today where Best Pals Animal Rescue is celebrating their third year in business. Over the last three years they have adopted over 170 pets says Rebecca Bochenek, Special Events and Administrative Assistant for the Center.
An Open House will take place this Saturday, June 18 from from 12-3 p.m. Door prizes and refreshments will be available. They are located at 13888 Blair St off Hwy 31 (Right on Blair Lane, left at the Yarn Dog) in Holland.
