MUSKEGON, MI (WHTC) – The state Department of Transportation has made some changes to the planned intersection closings involving the US-31 expansion and renovation project in Holland Township. During the week of June 27th, the Felch Street-US-31 junction will be closed, with the Riley Street intersection slated for barricades “the later part of the 4th of July week,” according to Leo Evans of the Muskegon office of MDOT. Work on the James Street junction will be done closer to when crews can work on the Lakewood Boulevard ramps. More information is available online.
