HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) – An 18-year-old Holland area man is dead and three persons are in custody stemming from a fight that turned deadly on Holland’s North Side late Thursday night.
An autopsy was slated Friday for Seth Elijah Cuevas after he was pronounced dead at the scene, which was on Manley Street east of 136th Avenue. First responders attempted to revive him after he was found with a stab wound to the chest.
Deputies were dispatched to the area around 10:30 PM on a report of a fight in the street. During an initial investigation, it was determined that a man and a woman, both from the Holland area, had lied to detectives. Another man was arrested Friday on similar charges. The suspects have been identified as 23-year-old Sergio Coda, 22-year-old Alexis Allen and 19-year-old Mark Hekman. All three are being held on $100,000 bond at the Ottawa County Jail on charges of obstructing and lying to police during an investigation. Sheriff’s Detective Captain Mark Bennett said that none of the three have not been charged at this point in Cuevas’ death.
Anyone with any information on the incident is asked to contact Silent Observer.
