HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The new Harry Potter book “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts I and II will be released at midnight on Sunday July 31 and a Holland bookstore is having a book release party.
Reader’s World will host a book release party on that will feature fun for the whole family of Harry Potter fans. You can even come in your pajamas. Lisa Hungerink of Reader’s World says it’s been 19 years since the last Harry Potter book. “The story written by J.K Rowling is parts I and II of the play that opens in London on Saturday July 31. The book is written like a play. Part of the reason we are doing this is because I started to get e-mails months ago of people asking are you guys going to do anything?” Reader’s World has a long tradition of book release parties.
The party will feature a raffle with purchase of Harry Potter books, giveaways, a costume contest with prizes and you can even write your thoiughts on Muggle Wall. Light treats and beverages will be provided too.
The books will be for sale at 12 a.m. Sunday July 31. The party starts at 10:30 p.m and ends at 12:30 a.m. at Reader’s World located at 194 S. River Avenue. RSVP at 616-396-8548 or by email.
