HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A 28-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the robbery of a pizza delivery employee on Holland’s south side. The incident occurred shortly before 12:30 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of Norcrest in the Meadow Lanes apartment complex. Capt. Keith Mulder of Holland Department of Public Safety says the employee had just delivered a pizza when the suspect approached him from behind and robbed him at gunpoint, taking off with an undisclosed amount of money. A witness followed the suspect vehicle to the 800 block of Myrtle, at which point the suspect allegedly fired two gun shots at the witness and fled on foot. He was arrested a short time later. An investigation is continuing.
