ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – A Zeeland Brewpub is organizing an event that will benefit the Susan G. Komen foundation, which is largest and best-funded breast cancer organization in the United States.
Tripleroot’s 1st Annual Mudflap Alley Cat is a competitive event where teams will follow clues to different locations around Zeeland. Teams arrive to locations on their bicycles to compete in challenges and earn points.
Registration is open for teams of two to six people with a suggested donation of $20 per rider, which includes dinner and live music. Spectators are invited to join for dinner and live music with a suggested donation of $10.
The event kicks off with registration at 11 a.m. at Tripleroot, 146 E. Main Street in Zeeland. Riders leave at 1 p.m. and return by 4 p.m. A short presentation and an awards ceremony will follow. The band Double Nickel will perform from 6-9 p.m.
All money raised will benefit Susan G. Komen.
