HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – A delay in utility work will keep 3rd Street between River and Pine Avenue closed for another day.
The Holland BPW says the work which started on Tuesday, August 16, is taking longer than expected, but that their contractor Newkirk Electrical Company assures them that the road will definitely be open by 5 p.m. Friday, August, 19.
Crews are performing utility related to the new Pine Avenue electrical substation. Motorists must detour via 4th Street between River and Pine Avenues.
