Kevin loved fishing and the outdoors. He had a big heart but kept it hidden unless his grandchildren were around. He was a hard worker even in the midst of fighting cancer. He enjoyed spending time on the family farm, cooking, and playing Wii bowling with his grandkids. He was a loving twin brother and he held high respect for his mother, siblings, and extended family. He was loved and will be missed.
Kevin is preceded in death by his father, Raymond Shelton; brother, Dwight Shelton; sister, Brenda Tenckinck; and brother-in-law, Lloyd TerBeek.
He is survived by his love, Susie Watson; daughter, Courtney (Jordan) Schader; daughter, Kaylie Shelton; granddaughters, Adriana Schader, Isabella Schader, Marissa Schader; mother, Mary Shelton; siblings; Phyllis (Dewayne) Kirby, Lavita Shelton, Debbie Shelton, LeAnn (Darwin) Volkers, Randy (Amy) Shelton; Theresa (Jeff Carter) Zeh; Kim TerBeek, Tammy (Chuck) Kleis, Rodney (Kelly) Shelton; a brother by heart, Frank (Joyce) Larson; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of a funeral service, a visitation with the family is scheduled for 1:00-4:00 pm on Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Cultivate Church, 4872 136th Ave., Hamilton, MI 49419.
