Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson says in the past five years the branches have been able to collect over 30 tons of food which has provided 50,000 meals for those in need. ” I’ve also been through the warehouse where they take the food and disperse it.I’ve met some of the people that this program has really helped. It’s just a good thing because you know it’s working properly and it’s helping people who are really in need.”
Johnson also says in the past five years the branches have been able to collect over 30 tons of food which has provided 50,000 meals for those in need.
