HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Holland Fire Truck Parade is a tradition that goes hand in hand with Fire Prevention Week every year.
This year Fire Prevention Week is October 9-15, 2016, with the 34th annual Fire Truck Parade on Friday, October 7 in downtown Holland starting on Columbia Avenue, south to 8th Street and then to Pine Avenue.The parade will start at 7 p.m. and make it’s way to the Civic Center in downtown Holland for a free Fire Safety Event.
The Fire Safety event will feature activities, demos, vehicles on display and more. It runs from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
The parade and safety event are brought to you by the Holland Area Fire Prevention Council. The remind you to replace smoke alarms every 10 years.
