HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Holland Board of Public Works (HBPW) has released their interactive 2016 annual report that features detailed stories, interactive graphics and financial figures from this year.
The interactive report is features tools and resources for local educators. The stories in the web-based report explore the synchronicity of each utility with local companies, residents and HBPW employers guiding readers.
“We believe that providing students with context on what is happening in their community will help them to become community advocates and engaged citizens.” Dave Koster, general manager of HBPW said. “We wanted to create a path for educators to use the annual report as a resource for connecting required content with real world examples.”
This year’s annual report takes a look at the stories and people that make it all possible – from production through distribution and to the customer’s door.
