HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Holland’s annual signature event has named two new members onto its board of directors.
Tulip Time Festival officials announced on Monday that Ada Delgado and Priya Gurumurthy will join the governing board of the festival for 2017. Delgado, a Retail Trainer with Macatawa Bank, has been involved with the Latin Americans United for Progress group as well as an organizer with the Tulipanes Latino Art and Film Festival and the Holland Hospital Foundation’s Culinary Caberet. Gurumurthy, an IT Manager at Yanfeng Global Automotive Interiors, has community experience as a former board member for the Ready for School educational initiative and a current participant in the West Coast Leadership Program.
This announcement comes less than six months before the May 6-13 Tulip Time Festival.
