GEORGETOWN TWP., MI (WHTC) – A two-vehicle crash hospitalized a 53-year-old Jenison woman last night.
According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Eric Westveer, Dana Norton wanted to turn left from westbound Baldwin Street to southbound 20th Avenue in her hometown around 7:30 PM while 54-year-old Kenneth Taalman of Hudsonville was driving eastbound on Baldwin. As Norton made her turn, Tallman slammed into her vehicle. She was taken in stable condition to St. Mary’s Hospital; he was not hurt.
Alcohol was not a factor in the incident, which remains under investigation.
