HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – United Way and DeNooyer Chevrolet will be helping hundreds of local families by hosting a mobile food pantry at its Holland dealership today.
Distribution starts at 9 a.m. and a 15,000 lb. Feeding America mobile food pantry will provide a week’s worth of food for 300 families. DeNooyer Chevrolet is located at 600 E 8th St, Holland.
Nicole DeNooyer, General Manager of DeNooyer Chevrolet, and her husband Chris Taylor are the south leadership chairs of Greater Ottawa County United Way’s community campaign. They decided to team up with United Way and Feeding America West Michigan as a way to give back to the community for the holidays.
No proof of income or ID is required, but recipients will be asked to provide a name and address in the event of food recalls.
