HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Her “day job” is Professor of Old Testament at Western Theological Seminary.
However, Dr. Carol Bechtel is also an accomplished harpist, and she provides a “therapeutical” ministry with Holland Hospital’s Spiritual Care Services. During the Hospital’s monthly visit on “WHTC Talk of the Town” on Wednesday, she chatted with host Ed Ver Schure about her work and performed some songs that she plays to patients that comfort them during their convalescence.
