HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Damage estimates weren’t immediately made following a fire at the Uniform Color Company facility off of Brooks Avenue in Holland last night. Public Safety crews were joined by those from Graafschap in bringing the blaze under control and keeping the flames from spreading beyond a large fan and filter assembly at the back of the building. Investigators believe that the fire started in process equipment and ignited material in adjoining ductwork, spreading smoke into the factory. There were no injuries reported in the incident.
