UNDATED (WHTC)-With the location of Hollands Civic Center up in the air, city officials await recommendations on a possible new city recreation center. A feasibility report from a Holland architectural firm should be finished by the end of winter with recommendations for a proposed new recreation center.
Some discussion had been held concerning the possibility of revamping the Civic Center, but figures look to be over 5 million dollars for a remodel. The Holland Aquatic center area and the Bouws Pool property on 16th St. are possible sites being mentioned for a new recreation center.
