SAUGATUCK, MI (WHTC) – It’s the middle of winter, but the Saugatuck City Council is preparing for the spring and summer ahead. During tonight’s meeting, the panel is expected to approve 2015 contracts for the operations of the famed Chain Ferry across the Kalamazoo River at the same rate of 57-hundred-75 dollars, as well as maintaining the contract with Sergeant Marina to manage four municipal boat slips on Kalamazoo Lake.
