ZEELAND, MI (WHTC) – The Zeeland Planning Commission last night held a public hearing on rezoning 12 acres of land off of Paw Paw Drive and 104th Avenue to accommodate a proposed 20-unit condo development. Riverbend Residential wants to break ground on The Cottages of Riverbend project later this year, building single-story, 14 hundred square units that would start selling at around 200 thousand dollars each. The Commission should vote on a recommendation in two weeks. City Council will have the final say.
