HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – During Wednesday night’s Holland City Council meeting, members awarded an over eight million-dollar contract to Kamminga and Roodvoets for reconstructing Central Avenue, beginning next month and running through October. The project includes installing new and upgrading current snowmelt between 6th and 13th streets, as well as road renovations, sidewalk upgrades, new water mains, curbs and gutters.
