HOLLAND, MI (WHTC)- The city of Holland is preparing to transfer Paw Paw Park to the county. Some of the improvements to the park that sits along the south bank of the Macatawa river include, landscaping, improved trails, added parking and picnic tables.
The city and county have been working on a long term lease with the city agreeing to contribute $25,000 to the $125,00 in proposed improvements.
Ottawa County Parks Director John Scholtz says they are looking forward to the public’s opinion on these improvements.
