ANN ARBOR, MI (WHTC) – If you are like most of us, losing an hour of sleep on the weekend is no big deal, but for some of us who live a more disciplined lifestyle…they may be more susceptible to having an accident today…or even a heart attack. Dr. Holly Phillips says a University of Michigan study shows heart attacks go up 25% on the Monday after Daylight Saving kicks in. She says some lose inhibitions or take bigger risks. But it only occurs today, so if you survive until Tuesday, things go back to normal.
