HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Now that Grand Rapids-based West Michigan Center for Arts and Technology has bought out Ambrose, subsequently thumbing its nose on the Lakeshore by closing its Holland studio, Tulip Time is turning to the OAISD’s Careerline Tech Center to help in the third annual Tulip Time T-shirt Design Contest that is now underway. Submissions through April 5th will be juried, with a top eight announced on April 15th, and a winning entry named four days later. Over 80 designs were entered last year, with West Ottawa High’s Thomas Callahan taking top honors.
