GRAND RAPIDS, MI (WHTC) – West Ottawa Public School Superintendent Tom Martin and Grandville School Chief Ron Caniff have emerged as the two finalists for the Kent Intermediate School Superintendent position after a round of public interviews this week. Martin and Caniff will have a final public chat with the KISD Board on March 31st before a decision is made on who would replace Kevin Konarska when he retires on June 30th. Martin has been the West Ottawa’s operational leader for four years, while Caniff has been at Grandville for 12.
