HOLLAND TWP, MI (WHTC) – A 46-year-old Holland Township man is held on 15 thousand dollars bond after arraignment on felonious assault charges stemming from an alleged stabbing early Friday morning. Deputies claimed that Roger Neil Bakker attacked a 46-year-old man outside of the Applebee’s restaurant off of Beeline Road on Holland’s North Side after seeing his estranged wife with the victim inside of the parked vehicle. The unnamed victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Holland Hospital; the woman was not hurt. A preliminary hearing was set for March 27th before Holland District Court Judge Susan Jonas as an investigation continues.
