MUSKEGON, MI (WHTC) – Lake Michigan’s water levels are up drastically from historic lows hit just a few years ago.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is now predicting the lake will be 14-inches higher than last year in June, with water levels that are eight-inches above average. High water levels are welcome news for shippers and recreational boaters, while companies that dredge harbors will not have much work this summer.
