GRAND HAVEN TWP., MI (WHTC) – A 28-year-old Grand Haven woman is expected to recover from injuries suffered in a two-vehicle crash east of her hometown on Thursday afternoon. According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Christie Wendt, Heather Harinton was heading north on Mercury Drive, approaching Moreland Street, while Calvin Glass was driving in the opposite direction. Glass attempted to turn left into a driveway and turned into the path of Harinton’s vehicle. She was taken to North Ottawa Community Hospital for treatment; the 16-year-old Glass of Grand Haven was not injured. Both drivers were buckled up as the crash remains under investigation.
