Grand Haven Man Arrested on Stalking Charges

BLENDON TWP., MI (WHTC) – An unnamed 31-year-old Grand Haven man awaits arraignment on felony stalking charges. Sheriff’s deputies arrested him around dawn this morning as he was parked in his SUV along 96^th Avenue near Port Sheldon Street in Blendon Township. Detectives claim that he admitted following a 17-year-old woman for several months, observing her through binoculars at times, but never made contact with the victim, who was unaware that she was being watched. The case remains under investigation.
