HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Spurred by a 20 thousand dollar challenge from an anonymous donor, the Holland Youth Connections program is looking for the public to match that funding amount by April 15th in order to trigger this grant. The program gives at-risk youth summer employment opportunities in an effort to stem any rebirth of gang activity that had plagued the Tulip City. Last year, 80 youngsters were involved, and as of now, only 50 would be able to participate this summer. Contact Holland City Hall for more info.
