GRAND HAVEN, MI (WHTC) – Sentencing is on June 1st for a 33-year-old Nunica woman in a fatal wrong-way crash on I-96 last July. Heather Luke pleaded no contest to drunken driving and vehicular manslaughter, while a second-degree murder charge was dismissed. Luke’s westbound SUV in the eastbound lanes smashed head on at full speed with a minivan near the 22-mile marker in Marne, killing 52-year-old William Foster of Wyoming instantly and critically injuring her. She could get up to 15 years in prison.
