HOLLAND TWP., MI (WHTC) – The Community Mental Health of Ottawa County’s organizational millage committee meets tomorrow afternoon at 1 PM at the James Street offices on Holland’s North Side. The session, open to the public, discusses a potential three tenths of a mill tax to fill a two million-dollar operational deficit that is expected to grow. Agency officials say that “sudden changes” in state and federal funding over the past year has led to service cuts. A survey last August showed 63 percent support for this levy.
