ALLEGAN, MI (WHTC) – A preliminary hearing into indecent exposure and disorderly person charges against former Michigan Lakeshore Aquatics coach Troy Emmons was adjourned in Allegan District Court with no decision on whether he would be bound over for trial. He stepped down from his position with the swim club and as aquatics director at the Holland Community Aquatic Center when allegations surfaced last month that he had been exposing himself while staying at a hotel in Douglas. No date for when the hearing would resume was immediately determined.
