LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Summer officially kicks off this Sunday and now you have an app tokeep you up to date on area beaches.
MyBeachCast was developed by the Great Lakes Commission and will feature over 2,000 beaches and parks. You will be able to search water conditions, wind speed, swim advisories and weather alerts.
The app will also give you information from local health departments and provide alerts about contamination advisories.
The free MyBeachApp is now available for both iphone and Android users.
