HUDSONVILLE, MI (WHTC) – Hudsonville District Court Judge Kenneth Post has recused himself from a drug and trafficking case after allegedly sending a threatening voice mail to the phone of the accused. The attorney for 23-year-old Phillip Mallery claimed that Post sent the message when his client failed to show for a court appearance on June 12th. A complaint to the Michigan Judicial Tenure Commission has been filed by the attorney. Holland District Court Judge Brad Knoll will take over the case.
