HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – An apparently quiet work-study session awaits Holland City Council members this evening. Linda Jacobs of Good Samaritan Ministries updates the Landlord Energy Efficiency Upgrade Revolving Loan Program, and Dave Koster of the Holland BPW has the latest involving Holland Energy Park construction. What makes this session notable is that it is scheduled to be the last overseen by Kurt Dykstra as Mayor, as he begins his new duties as Trinity Christian College’s President one week from today, but some City Hall observers believe that he may not be attending.
