HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – America in Bloom contest judges are concluding two days of touring Holland, evaluating the Tulip City in the annual national municipal beautification awareness competition. Bill Hahn and Ed Hooker are running the rule over various local landmarks as they and other judges will decide what city will capture top honors in various size categories. These and other special awards will be given out when the program holds its convention in Holland on September 24th through the 26th.
