HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – The Holland City Council is expected tonight to appoint a replacement for Bob Vande Vusse. The Mayor Pro Tem left his fourth ward seat to become Mayor at the beginning of the month when Kurt Dykstra’s resignation took effect, and council will interview hopefuls 90 minutes before holding a special meeting in the Second Floor Training Center of City Hall. The new council member will serve the remaining three-plus months of Vande Vusse’s term before the November 3rd election.
