HOLLAND, MI (WHTC) – Law enforcement officials are not commenting on a reported bust of Holland’s Pioneer Club off of River Avenue this afternoon other than to say that it’s an active investigation. State Liquor Control Commission agents were on the scene, with at least one video poker machine seized and put into an unmarked van. Witnesses claimed that there had been illegal gambling conducted at the members-only club. A state Gaming Control Board staffer says that the agency is not involved in this case.
